Effluent Discharge from Bunclody Sewrage Plant
March 27, 2012The Trust was notified last week by anglers of an effluent discharge from the new Bunclody sewrage plant on 17 March. They took a number of photos showing the discharge and its spread down the river. On an earlier vist they had seen a much more powerful flow complete with solids and paper. The SRT environmemtal committe is liasing with the County Council on the matter and IFI have been informed.
