Effluent Discharge from Bunclody Sewrage Plant

The Trust was notified last week by anglers of an effluent discharge from the new Bunclody sewrage plant on 17 March. They took a number of photos showing the discharge and its spread down the river. On an earlier vist they had seen a much more powerful flow complete with solids and paper. The SRT environmemtal committe is liasing with the County Council on the matter and IFI have been informed.
